Consultancy services for a functional and capable institutional ecosystem in support of TM2023 European Capital of Culture (ECoC) programme

Role: analyst and consultant

• the analysis of the current situation, the mapping and formulation of recommendations about alternative ways to organise and coordinate efficiently and transparently the ECoC Timișoara 2023 programme.
• technical support towards the development of new, more effcient and more professional approaches of grant-management for cultural project from local funds.
• contribution to the writing of the progress-report about the development of the ECoC Timișoara 2023 programme.

The consultancy services were provided to the City of Timișoara by a team comprised of Corina Șuteu (coordinator), Oana Radu and Raluca Iacob. At the end of the contracting period, a report (in Romanian) about the urgently needed measure for the relaunch of CEaC Timișoara 2023 programme was made public. Its aim was to become a resource and a reference for debates and decisions, and to support the mobilisation of different stakeholders in the discussions about the anticipated changes.
